It looks that these professional medical opinions here are falling on deaf ears, because the ICTY “Shevengen” prison authorities are just ignoring them. Obviously “somebody” doesn’t want this innocent man, DR Vojislav Seselj, to get alive out of this notorious anti-Serbian tribunal…

Fear and loathing in Hague: ICTY is frantically trying to prevent lawful release of Dr Seselj, murdering him “by medicine” !?

According to the statement issued today by the wife of the longest imprisoned political prisoner in Europe (since 2003, without lawful sentence?), in modern history, university professor and political leader from Serbia, DR Vojislav Seselj- His life is in grave danger, by denial of proper medical care and constant intimidation by the “Shevengen” (ICTY) prison authorities in Hague.

Mrs. Jadranka Seselj claims that her husband, whose release from ICTY is expected by the fall of this year, is intentionally intimidated and denied medical therapy, in order to succumb to, his recently discovered, colon cancer.

During the trial, presiding judge Jean Claude Antonetti in Seselj case, publically admitted that release of Mr. Seselj back to his native country would have very negative effect on the present “harmonic pro-Western” political scene in Serbia !?

 

This notorious “anti-Serbian” prison already has claimed the lives of at least dozen alleged Serbian “war criminals”- many suspect “assisted suicides- or denial, or miscarriage, of the proper medical care…

The most famous prisoner- and the most controversial death, inside this infamous prison, was death of former Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic. In that case, world’ famous medical experts determined, not only that he was denied proper medical care, but he was delivered the “wrong medication” with fatal outcome, by the prison authorities . Milosevic’ death came at the pick of his trial in Hague that became very embarrassing and potentially very damaging (from legal and political points) for the Western leaders from NATO countries, that conducted illegal war against Yugoslavia in 1999.

Since December 19^th last year, when Mr. Seselj was subject to the colon cancer surgical procedure, he has received only one chemotherapy treatment. According to Mrs. Seselj- due to his placement (by ICTY authorities) in solitary confinement, inside very “unhealthy” prison cell- DR Seselj started refusing further chemotherapy treatments. He believes that such practice of ICTY jail authorities is the part of elaborate plot to assassinate him by improper “medical care”…

DR Seselj is supposed to receive, for three days in a row, the chemotherapy treatment in Hague’ hospital “Bronovo”- but placing him back in “solitary confinement”, inside the unsuitable prison cell, would only make things worse- for Serbian media said his wife Jadranka.

The ICTY prison authorities justified their decision to place this seriously ill and innocent man (here we justifiably recall the universal “presumption of innocence”, because for the last 11 years of Seselj’ imprisonment, ICTY wasn’t able to prove his guilt under any article of his “verbal delict indictment”) as alleged “danger to others” – but they failed to support this claim with any evidence!?

According to his spouse, DR Seselj at present is taking very hard the solitary confinement, especially because there is no any reasonable justification or explanation, for such drastic prison’ measures against him. There were the other ICTY prisoners in the past that were subject to the chemotherapy treatment, but they were never subject to solitary confinement and other forms of ICTY intimidations, like Mr. Seselj is exposed (for over a decade inside this infamous prison).

Mrs. Seselj’ concerns and suspicions about the motives of ICTY officials to treat her husband in such harmful way, were confirmed by some leading Serbian doctors-oncologists, she consulted for a professional opinion. The respectable Serbian doctors stated that “chemotherapy” doesn’t pose any danger for patient’ surroundings, and therefore it couldn’t be a justification for placing a seriously ill person in a solitary confinement inside the jail cell !?

Even the doctors from Hague’ hospital “Bronovo” have issued the written statement that their patient Mr. Vojislav Seselj doesn’t present any danger for the prison environment and therefore he shouldn’t be placed into isolation.

It looks that these professional medical opinions here are falling on deaf ears, because ICTY “Shevengen” prison authorities are just ignoring them. Obviously “somebody” doesn’t want this innocent man, DR Vojislav Seselj, to get alive out of this notorious anti-Serbian tribunal (established and funded by Western leaders from the same NATO countries that conducted illegal war against Yugoslavia in 1999, and themselves committed numerous war atrocities)….

…Obviously by blaming everything on Serbs for 1999 conflict, they are just trying to conceal the own guilt. The case of DR Vojislav Seselj is just the most drastic example of such cover up.

In Hague everyone is innocent- Unless proven Serb….
