“Democratic Sieg Heil”- Why the West is tolerating (& “cultivating”) Nazi culture in some Eastern European countries?

UKRAINE is, together with Croatia, Estonia and Latvia, the only country in Europe, where is allowed (and even legalized) public manifestation of Nazism and glorification of the domestic Nazi officials and collaborators from WWII.
In the case of Ukraine the West is more than tolerant for such terrifying public manifestations of (pro)Nazi hatred towards Russians (& Jews), because such “Nazi Ukraine” fits perfectly into the future Western military plans against Russia!?
In this particular case, the mayor Aleksandr Nakonechny of Ukrainian city of Karlovka, located in Poltava region, posed (back in 2015) in the old Hitler’ Army uniform-
..Altogether with the German machine gun Schmeisser in one hand- and giving the Nazi salute with the other.
