THE YUGOSLAV STATE AND THE ALBANIANS, part II

THE YUGOSLAV STATE AND THE ALBANIANS, part II In the years and decades after the Berlin Congress, the obsession with defending designated territories grew into pathological enmity towards neighboring states and peoples on religious-ethnic levels. The consequences of the conflict, followed by an accelerated change of ethnic structure in the Albanian population, was mostly felt in the impact made by

THE YUGOSLAV STATE AND THE ALBANIANS IDEAS AND REALIZATION What became known as “the Big Eastern Crisis” of 1875-1878 can reasonably be considered as a turning point in the history of all Balkan peoples and states with regards to its scope of events, political decisions, and diplomatic solutions. This is supported by the international significance of the offered solutions and

The Restored Serbian State and the Albanians, part I

The Restored Serbian State and the Albanians 1804-1876 Relations between the Serbs and Albanians during the 19th century were historically determined, yet contradictory in their reality. These relations were diverse and the resulting friction manifested in bitter conflicts, extreme hostility and spontaneous rapprochement. They contributed to a conscious, planned political commitment to overthrow Turkish rule through the joint efforts of

In some places of Old Serbia, e.g.

KOSOVO POWDER KEG – OR THE STORY ABOUT ASYLUM SEEKERS, NOT IN FACT SO…

In the third Chapter I have documented partially, but from credible sources, the presence and activity of ISIS and other extreme Islam jihadist organizations in Kosovo and in the region. Obviously the “Albanian factor” in the future ISIS plans is taking one of the key roles. I hope that we will never find out what this role is in practice. Rather that the authorities in charge will do their job regarding this issue. The last, fourth Chapter, indicates that this, in my opinion, fake “Albanian exodus” has in a whole, or at least partially, plans for an Albanian “colonization” primarily of the southern part of Serbia proper. Of course, this thesis of mine remains to be proved, or denied, in practice. For all of us, the most fortunate solution would be the latter. Time shall say…
