Serbia is disintegrating under the “marching orders” from Brussels and Washington !?

EDITOR COMMENT> After Serbia was economically “mutilated” and beaten to the political submission by illegal NATO bombing in 1999, and the consequent USA’ staged “coup d’etat” (“orange revolution”) against president Milosevic in 2000; The country since has been ruled by the ruthless pro-Western puppets- “spineless” and corrupted Serbian politicians, conducting obediently NATO’ imposed political and economic agenda, and having no regard for the Serbian sovereignty and and its true national interests.

Kosovo is still legally the part of Serbian state, and as such recognized by UN resolution 1244. Under the Western’, mostly American’, political “intimidation” some countries have recognized this Serbian province as a “independent state”, most did not…

Comic depiction of Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic and FM Ivica Dacic- One of EU imposed “humiliating conditions” on Serbia, was a “gay parade”, which must be held every year in Capitol Belgrade. It was perceived by most Serbs as a provocation and attack on traditional and family values…

The current Serbian regime, which political corruption and moral hypocrisy are symbolized in two shady characters: Political convert, former hard core nationalist and now turned “democrat”- Prime minister Aleksandar Vucic; And in notorious Foreign minister Ivica Dacic (who served under Milosevic, and then in all “post 99” Western imposed governments) is working even harder and faster on dismantling Serbian constitution and legalizing illegal Kosovo’ separation, than any previous pro-Western government.

Under the pretext of accepting Serbia’ membership, European Union (in cooperation with USA) has been in last decade and a half, approaching Serbia with a “stick and carrot” policy, blackmailing this country into the political and economical reforms that were going (most of the times) against country’ strategic national interests. The newest political (and other) pressure is designed to force Serbia to recognize the part of own territory (Kosovo & Metohija province) as a foreign country!?

Corrupted Serbian statesmen are of course giving into this blackmailing- Even, they are prepared to accept all further Western’ demands for “chopping off” Serbian territory, which are already on the EU menus in the forms of “autonomy” for other ethnic groups in Vojvodina, Raska (Sandzak), Presevo’ Valley, etc…

It is very obvious that in spite all “rhetoric” by Western powers (mainly USA and EU) they in reality don’t consider Serbian people as “friendly nation”, but rather as a traditional (and historical) Russian ally (and as such it must be disabled as an independent nation?).

In support of this statement goes the famous letter, German parliamentarian and OSCE chairman Willy Wimmer wrote to German PM Gerhard Schröder in 2000. After attending “Euro-Atlantic” conference in Bratislava, Slovakia, during which are given directions “how to deal with Serbia”- Mr. Wimmer pointed at some unprecedented decisions, publicly declared during this meeting.

In essence, this “anti-Serbian conference” concluded that Serbian territory must be additionally “disintegrated”, and the country disabled as a sovereign state!?

At present time, the above “disintegration process” is most likely entering its last stage, as illustrated in following news articles. Opinion of this writer is, that the final decision on Serbia’ fate, will not rest with Western masters nor with its Serbian political puppets, but rather with Serbian people whose dissatisfaction with such policies is growing “larger and louder”!? The days ahead of us will tell…

Tahiri: Serbia must recognise “Kosovo” before joining EU

BELGRADE – Serbia is aware that it will have to recognize the state of Kosovo before joining the European Union, says Kosovo’s “minister without portfolio” Edita Tahiri, who is responsible for the dialogue with Belgrade, adding that the Brussels dialogue will be considered a success once its objective – EU accession of both “Kosovo” and Serbia – is accomplished.

The EU has bound Serbia by law to a normalization of good-neighborly relations with Kosovo and that condition is reflected in Chapter 35 of Serbia’s accession process, and Serbia is also aware that it will have to recognise the “state of Kosovo” before joining the EU, Tahiri said.

In a statement to Belgrade-based Danas, she said that, pursuant to Kosovo’s laws and the Brussels Agreement, the community of Serb municipalities will not have executive or supervisory powers, but a coordination and advisory role.

Serbia is not only inefficient in implementing the Brussels agreements, but it also violates them, she said.

Among other things, it still supports the parallel structures in northern Kosovo, which is contrary to the Brussels Agreement, Tahiri said.

She said that Serbs have greater rights than other minorities in Kosovo and the region (?) and that, compared to the rights of minorities in Serbia, in particular ethnic Albanians in the Presevo Valley, the rights of the Kosovo Serbs are far greater(?).

Noting that she has been Kosovo’s chief negotiator since the very beginning of the talks, Tahiri said that property has never been and never will be a topic in the Brussels talks.

Serbia’s attempts to raise that issue have been met with staunch refusal from Kosovo – “sovereignty” over property and assets belongs to the “state of Kosovo” because, I stress, the International Court of Justice upheld the legality of the declaration of independence in 2010, Tahiri said.

Dacic calls for support in opening accession chapters

RIGA – Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic Saturday called on the foreign ministers of EU member states and candidate countries to support efforts to open the first chapters in Serbia’s accession negotiations with the EU as soon as possible, stressing that membership of the EU was a strategic priority of Serbia’s.

I wish to point out that membership of the EU is our top strategic priority, one over which there is the broadest societal and political consensus(?). We see the road to EU membership as a historic chance to modernize and change our society in compliance with European values and standards, Dacic said on the second day of a two-day informal meeting of foreign ministers of EU member states and candidate states in Riga.

Although the enlargement policy is not a topic for this distinguished gathering today, I must emphasize the importance of this issue for our region and my country, and to ask for your support in having the first accession chapters opened as soon as possible, said Dacic.

Dacic highlihted the results of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and important political decisions made and implemented by the Serbian government as efforts recognized and welcomed by the EU.

Serbia, he said, was highly committed to strengthening regional cooperation and prosperity.

We are very encouraged by that fact that the EU has taken a new course of action that also deals with our region and is aimed at strengthening relationships, especially when it comes to economic and infrastructural spheres and attracting investments, which are key to development, Dacic said.

Touching on Serbia’s chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), which he said was taking place in times very difficult for Europe because of the Ukrainian crisis, Dacic said that Ukraine was at a critical crossroads and it was high time for peace to settle in.

The package of measures agreed in Minsk on February 12 is the best available road map to lead us towards defusing the situation in the east of the country, he said.

Despite isolated armed incidents, the ceasefire agreement is, in general, respected, Dacic said, stressing that all parties must make further efforts to make the truce sustainable and permanent.

He stressed the importance and role of the Trilateral Contact Group, and particularly of his representative Heidi Tagliavini, in efforts to push the peace process forward and informed the ministers about the activities of the Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, expressing the hope that it its mandate would be extended.

Besides the Ukrainian crisis as dominant theme, the Serbian chairmanship was also committed to resolving the frozen conflicts in other regions, Dacic said, announcing that he would pay visits to Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Moldova in his capacity as OSCE chairman.

Security in Europe and in the broader OSCE area depends very much on the situation in neighboring regions, Dacic observed, adding that during the 2015 Serbian chairmanship, the OSCE’s politico-military dimension would focus on the fight against terrorism, highlighting in particular the issue of foreign terrorist fighters.

European security and the OSCE are at a critical crossroads. Serbia as OSCE chair is fully committed to working together with key players to re-establish peace and stability in Ukraine, the Serbian foreign minister said in Riga.
